Is Neurable One a medical device?
No. It's a consumer wellness product. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
How long does the battery last?
22 hours of audio, 12 with EEG running. EEG pauses below 20% battery and while charging.
When will my Neurable One ship?
- Pre-orders are open now. We're already shipping to our first 700 customers.
- Neurable One is new hardware, and we build it in batches. Each batch ships in the order orders were placed, so the earlier you order, the sooner yours goes out. Typically 6 to 10 weeks from your order date depending on batch timing.
- You're charged the full price at checkout. If anything changes along the way, you'll hear it from us first, and we'll email you when your order ships.
- Changed your mind? You can cancel anytime before shipping and you can return Neurable One within 14 days of delivery.
Can I take calls during a session?
Yes. A Focus session keeps recording through calls, video and your own music. Pair your phone and computer at the same time.
Do I need the app to use them?
No. They're full noise-cancelling headphones on their own. The app adds your brain data.
When do the numbers start to mean something?
Sleepiness and Brain Battery move day to day, so you can check them against how you feel right away. Brain Age and APF settle over weeks and months of check-ins.
Where does my data live?
Recordings are processed and stored on Neurable's servers. Your metrics live on your device. You can ask us to delete your data.
Is Neurable One a medical device?
No. It's a consumer wellness product. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
