Easy Returns

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for qualifying returns.
• Final Sale: Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned. These will be clearly identified on the product page.

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact us through marketing@neurable.com to initiate your return.
2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund asap.

Please Note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
